USER AGREEMENT
By accessing this site and the services of CollegePrepHelp, Inc. (“CPH”), you accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. CPH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective as soon as they are posted to the site.
The materials used and displayed are the property of CPH and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material without the written permission of CPH.
The site contains information, facts, and opinions from various individuals and organizations. The site is provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.
CPH does not review or monitor any web sites linked to the site and is not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites. Your linking to such web sites is at your own risk. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oregon.
CPH is a privately held consulting firm with expertise exclusively in the field of college planning. CPH is NOT a scholarship search company. CPH does NOT guarantee a student’s college enrollment or funding eligibility. CPH does NOT provide legal, tax, or investment advice. CPH is NOT an investment firm. CPH DOES NOT make investment suggestions or lend investment advice. Please consult with your tax accountant or investment professional before making decisions, investments, changes, and/or adjustments. Information, facts, and opinions distributed by CPH, including any and all affiliates of CPH, are all provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties of any kind.

You can visit this site to read about our company, its services, and specific strategies and procedures that will assist you in effectively preparing and paying for college, all without giving us any personal information about yourself. Some of the features on our site require registration before you can use them.
As a client of CPH, you will be issued a Username and Password, which will allow you to access more detailed and specific information contained within the site. The personal information you provide and the personalized data you create and save on the site is used to provide superior service to you and to inform you of procedures, strategies, or other opportunities that may be available through our company. Such information and data will also be used to administer our business, the site, and our services in a manner consistent with the User Agreement that governs your use of this site as well as all applicable laws, rules, regulations, or other legal obligations. Please be advised that you are solely responsible for maintaining the integrity of the personal username and password you are issued. Sharing with and/or giving this information to a third party may result in your account and personal data being accessed and/or ultimately compromised.
